As a planner myself, I am passionate about helping others get organized to achieve their goals. I provide tips, templates, and make personalized study plans to help others have physical and mental clarity to get through difficult life transitions. Coaching is short term and solution focused. Where as therapy may last a couple months or even a year, coaching clients see results from even the first sessions. This is meant for someone needing just a little guidance or help building their skill set rather than mental health support. In the past I have helped clients adjust to college life, create a study plan and pass an important test to obtain a professional license, become more organized and improve time management skills.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. Due to COVID-19, currently all coaching sessions are being held virtually either through video or over the telephone.
